T.E.A.M. Sponsorship Challenge

T.E.A.M. — Together Everyone Achieves More!

The Bedford Holiday Invitational T.E.A.M. Sponsorship Challenge encourages families, friends, alumni, and businesses to support participating teams while helping make tournament livestream coverage possible.

How the Challenge Works

Sponsors select the participating team they wish to support during checkout.
Eligible sponsorship purchases are credited toward the selected team's sponsorship total.
The team generating the highest eligible sponsorship total will be recognized as the T.E.A.M. Sponsorship Challenge winner.
The winning team will receive a contribution of up to $500 from THG Sports, payable to its designated school athletic program or recognized booster organization.
The final contribution amount depends on the financial results of the tournament sponsorship program and will not exceed $500.
No team is required to generate a minimum sponsorship amount.

Challenge Results

THG Sports may publish periodic team rankings and announce the winning team after the tournament. Individual team sponsorship dollar totals and overall tournament sponsorship revenue are not required to be publicly disclosed.

Team Withdrawal Policy

If a participating team withdraws from the Bedford Holiday Invitational, sponsors who designated that team will be notified when reasonably possible.

Sponsors may choose to:

Transfer their sponsorship credit to another participating team.
Retain their sponsorship as general support for tournament livestream coverage.
Request a refund according to the following schedule.

Refund Schedule

28 or more days before the tournament: 100% refund
21–27 days before the tournament: 75% refund
14–20 days before the tournament: 50% refund
7–13 days before the tournament: 25% refund
Fewer than 7 days before the tournament: No guaranteed refund

Refund percentages are based on the date the team's withdrawal is confirmed by tournament organizers and apply to the sponsorship purchase amount.

Sponsors must submit their selection or refund request within seven days of receiving notification, or before the tournament begins, whichever occurs first. If no response is received, the sponsorship will remain designated for general tournament coverage, subject to applicable law.

Additional Sponsorship Terms

Sponsorships help fund tournament broadcasting, production, and related promotional activities. Sponsorship purchases do not guarantee that any particular team will play a specific number of games or that livestreams or highlights will achieve a particular number of views.

Play of the Game sponsorships are subject to game availability and scheduling. If a selected game becomes unavailable, THG Sports will offer a reasonable alternative or a refund if the agreed sponsorship placement cannot be delivered.

If the tournament is canceled or THG Sports cannot provide the purchased sponsorship benefits, affected sponsors will be offered appropriate refunds or alternatives.

THG Sports reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the sponsorship program to accommodate unforeseen tournament circumstances, subject to applicable law and the sponsor's purchased benefits.
